Desktop Support Technician II

Primary responsibility is direct support of customers using desktop computers, laptop computers, and a variety of network services. Position offers exposure to a wide ranges of technologies in a complex and rapidly growing healthcare environment. Excellent communications skills and friendly manner are a must. Working knowledge of some or all of the following would be of value: Novell NDS, ZENworks, and Groupwise, Microsoft XP and Office, TCP/IP networking, Nortel Networks WAN/LAN/WLAN. Computer and printer hardware is predominantly HP Compaq. Bachelor''s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
