ICU RN Perm Placement 36 hrs 12 hr nights, 7p-7:
30a BLS & ACLS required NH or multi-state license Must have both ICU AND Telemetry experience Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Client utilizes Allscripts Paragon Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations Must be able and willing to float without hesitation 2 bed unit (step-down unit nursing position that must float to Med Surge and regular ICU) Patient ratio is 2:
